Contrary to common belief, ''Leading and Following'' are two movements of the same deep, full breath. These roles go beyond questions of gender. Through dance, our professional coach brings these two positions to life, helping us grasp their complexity and richness without bias, neither in terms of gender nor value.

After a gentle warm-up, we will develop an expressive, artistic body language, rediscovering the joy of dance by exploring the Art of Leading and the Art of Following never setting them in opposition.

Through dance, we will harmoniously explore these two roles that mirror our everyday lives at work, at home, and in society with the goal of reconciling them more fully.
